The ¡°New Silk Road¡± Restaurant, a first of its type in Hong Kong, encompasses a fascinating m¨¦lange of Chinese and Western Xinjiang styles. Genuineness, affordability, and total class along with the sumptuous mix of ethnic cuisines ranging from Turkish to Chinese, is the package that is being offered to its customers.
This beautifully decorated restaurant located on 1/F, Low Block -Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen¡¯s Road, Central, is a unique blend of blues and soft Chinese reds. The exotic Western Xinjiang ambiance is further enhanced by live performances with top singers and dancers from Xinjiang that include highly skilled traditional musicians and a full dance ensemble.
